TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility:

  • The Gachapon activity is open to all customers who dine in or take away from Sushi Hiro with a minimum total order value of $60 or over.

Gachapon Coin:

  • Customers must request a Gachapon coin from the staff at the time of purchase.
  • If a coin is not received at checkout, customers should remind the staff to ensure they can participate.

Instant Prizes:

  • Instant prizes may include free drinks, gift cards, vouchers, and toys.
  • Prizes must be claimed immediately after playing the Gachapon machine and cannot be redeemed later.

Lucky Draw Entries:

  • Some Gachapon balls may indicate an entry for a chance to win a flight ticket to Japan.
  • Only customers who find a ball that specifies a lucky draw entry are eligible to participate in the draw.

Contact Information:

  • Customers who receive a lucky draw entry must provide their contact information to the staff for inclusion in the draw.
  • Contact details will be collected solely for the purpose of the lucky draw and will not be shared with third parties.

Draw Details:

  • The winner of the flight ticket to Japan will be randomly selected from the list of entries at the end of the activity period.
  • The date and time of the draw will be communicated in advance, and the winner will be notified via the provided contact information.

Prize Redemption:

  • The flight ticket prize must be redeemed within the timeframe specified at the time of the draw.
  • Terms and conditions related to the flight ticket (such as travel dates and restrictions) will be provided to the winner.
